Applications Open for Summer Internships

We are now accepting applications for our 2025 Summer Internship Program. We are offering a full-time, paid and in-office position from June to mid-August.

As an architecture intern at ParkFowler Plus, you will get the chance to work on a variety of project types and play an integral part of a design-focused practice. Project work can include development of design presentation drawings and renderings, producing schematic level building elevations, floor plans, and site plans, creating physical models. In addition, you will have the opportunity for on-site construction visits, showroom visits, participation in client meetings and learning directly from experienced team members.

A woman-owned, minority business enterprise, ParkFowler Plus is based in Chicago, IL, with a global portfolio of work in architecture, interiors, and urban design. Requirements:

• Students of an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an Architecture program.
• Applicants should plan to live in Chicago, or nearby suburbs, for duration of internship.
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
• Strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in 3D Modeling and rendering software such as Revit, Rhino, Lumion.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
• The ability to work with others, as well as independently.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
