Clark and Drummond Ground Break

Our project 537 Drummond broke ground officially broke ground last week! Situated in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, this multi-family residential development will be one of the few new ground up projects in the area in the coming years. The forms and details nod to a historic past while looking toward the future of the neighborhood with its inviting interiors and enhanced amenities.
