Intermediate Architect / Designer, 4-6 Year Experience
We are looking to fill several positions for an Intermediate Architect / Intermediate Architectural Designer with 4-6 years of experience with a desire to work on a variety of project types and contribute their talents and looking for a lasting position to grow with a design-focused firm.
Required Experience in the Field:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required.
- High degree of proficiency in Revit is required.
- Must have experience with multi-family residential projects.
- Has completed a full-design process and documentation for at least one project (Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents). Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization. Has experience completing redlined drawings.
- Ability to understand, review, and coordinate consultant drawings.
- Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements.
- Familiarity with construction administration processes, including responding to RFI’s, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD’s), visiting the construction site to gather information and/or preparing a punch list.
- Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Lumion or vRay is desirable, but not required.
- Licensure is not required, but desirable.
- Candidates must be living in the Chicagoland area and be able to commute to office.
Interior Architect / Interior Designer, 5-8 Year Experience
We are looking for a Mid-Level Interior Architect or Interior Designer with 5-8 years of experience with focus and interest in a variety of interior design projects to contribute their talents and looking for a lasting position to grow with a design-focused firm.
Required Experience in the Field:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required. (no entry level)
- Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience with experience working with FFE scope.
- Able to lead interior team and junior designers, manage project schedules and deliverables, and has experience working with a team alongside architects.
- Well-versed in working with furniture and materials vendors, distributors and procurement consultants.
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Lumion or vRay.
- Experience in multi-family projects is a plus.
- Has experience completing redlined drawings and presentations, and thoroughly review purchase orders.
- Has broad understanding and working relationships with various material and furniture vendors and procurement teams.
- Has completed a full-design process and documentation for multiple projects (Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents). Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization.
- Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements.
- Licensure as an Interior Designer is not required, but a plus
- Candidates must be living in the Chicagoland area and able to start immediately.

- Optimistic, honest, self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic and invested in the field of interior and architecture.
- Excited to work in-person with teams in the office.
