ParkFowler Plus is Seeking a Designer or Architect to Join our Team!

We are looking for an Intermediate Architect / Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3- 5 years of experience with a desire to work on a variety of project types and contribute their talents and perspectives to a design-focused practice.

– Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
– Optimistic, honest, self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic and invested in the field of architecture.
– Excited to work in-person with teams in the office.

Required Experience in the Field:
– A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
– Proficiency in Revit is required.
– Has completed a full-design process and documentation for at least one project (Schematic, Design Development and Con-struction Documents).
– Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization.
– Has experience completing redlined drawings.
– Ability to understand, review, and coordinate consultant drawings.
– Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements.
– Familiarity with construction administration processes, including responding to RFI’s, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD’s), visiting the construction site to gather information and/or preparing a punch list.
– Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Lumion or vRay is desirable, but not required.
– Experience with multi-family residential projects is a plus.
– Licensure is not required, but desirable.
