Brad Fowler founded ParkFowler Plus with Jennifer Park after working together as Principals at Brininstool + Lynch. His experience includes work in construction, development, and real estate, all of which shape his approach to our work. Brad’s diverse background gives him a unique perspective that allows him to excel in switching focus from big picture considerations to the finest construction detail.
Fowler’s extensive experience ranges from large master plans and high rises, down to intimate residences and commercial interiors, including several award-winning projects. Beyond his diverse portfolio, Brad is a well-known leader in the residential development sector, having led many of the firm’s mixed-use and multifamily projects in various cities and working alongside a wide base of clients. Some notable projects across the country include 1280 Union, 513 South Damen, 369 West Grand, 2404 Navigation, and 180 North Ada, among many others.
Brad’s guidance throughout all stages of the project, from design to construction, is amplified by his intimate knowledge of regulatory requirements, constructability, and technical detailing. Brad continuously pushes for thoughtful consideration and collaboration from start to finish, which is evident in the quality of the completed building.
Fowler has undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture, as well as a minor in psychology, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Brad is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, Chicago Association of Realtors, NCARB, and Urban Land Institute.
Brad is a licensed architect in Illinois, Washington D.C., Alabama, Texas, Michigan, and Idaho. He previously served on the Auxiliary Board of the Chicago Architecture Center, where he assisted in fundraising for youth education courses in architecture and design.
